Kristen Rabell

Broker/Owner

Born and raised in Gainesville, Kristen traveled extensively in college as a photojournalist in Western Europe and Latin America. Kristen later taught English in Puerto Rico. Her experiences abroad taught her the importance of communication, flexibility, human relations, time management and creativity in all aspects of life.

As a marathoner and leukemia survivor, she learned how preparation is the key to completing your goals and understands how to find the possible in the impossible.

Kristen is now active in this wonderful community and finds many reasons to love her beautiful, hometown of Gainesville, FL, the heart of the Gator Nation. Kristen married her soul mate in 2009 and is a proud mom to stepdaughter Katie and son Mason James.

Rebecca Johnson

Broker/Owner

Rebecca was born on a New Jersey Military base on a rainy April afternoon. At 2 years old her father was transferred from New Jersey to Florida, where the rest of her extended family lived.

Throughout her childhood she was very involved in the community, her church, and softball. During high school she participated in concert band, marching band, the drama club, and various volunteer work.

After attending college she moved to Gainesville to marry her high school sweet heart, Troy, who attended the University of Florida.

After marrying in April 2005, Rebecca and husband Troy decided to stay in Gainesville where they are both active members of the community and enjoy spending time with their children — Eva, Thomas, and Ten.
